I think there should be camps scattered in considerbly avarege radius close to ther main establishment.

should there be camps? more than just camps? (more warriors then other proffesions at the kindom. This will also make more sense of the main character being an already warrior, since this kindom still handle itself as the first contact if peace broke again. hence also the reason THIS kindom is to deliver a warning message since they are the closest. If the idea, even in part, would be embraced, then the kindom of which the main character begins at, should be considered as the closest to the orcs frontline(former frontline since it was over for some years).

Since if the strongest kindom is in flames then it hints on a greater threat to the rest. doing so, will show how great the threat is It sounds better to me than having several kings. Or, just make a slight change of making one kindom as generally refered to as the human homeland/great capital which is known for its strength, economy, crime culture and whatever. Or, it can have several kings only to which they will be the remoted “servants” of the royal homeland main king. The kindoms could stay kindoms at size and symbol(or not…). making a one king population rather than several kings.(in the human). I am proposing an idea to change the layout a bit. for example, railla mentioned a highland mountains. If so, every kindom enviourment and geographic location should be decided. Just making sure - as i understand(and also wish) there should be kindoms, towns, and small towns/villiges (human population).
